Cupping
Cupping is a modality of traditional Chinese medicine which involves placing special cups against the skin to create a suction for up to 10-15 minutes. The force of the suction expands and breaks open tiny blood vessels under the skin. Our bodies treat this like an injury and send fresh blood and nutrients to the area via a natural healing process. Cupping can be effective in improving pain, inflammation, and blood flow.

"Emma was thorough, had actually read the notes I sent via the online system and very quickly got to grips with the couple of issues. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable about many of my chronic health issues which would make her better placed than many others had been to fashion an exercise regime tailored to my needs."
