Cardiovascular exercise also helps with health conditions like diabetes, heart and lung disease, and Parkinson’s.
Weight training & resistance exercise concentrating on both concentric and eccentric contractions with free weights, exercise bands, TRX, and body weight exercises. Our kinesiologists use up to date research to create exercise based treatment plans specific for individual age groups and genders.
