Personality
Kayla grew up in Sidney BC, and has lived here her entire life. She loves living on this beautiful island. She studied ballet for 14 years and loves to dance. She also studied piano for 10 years. She has completed her kinesiology degree at the University of Victoria where she also volunteered in the anatomy lab. For the past three years Kayla has been enjoying CrossFit, which has been a great complement to her kinesiology degree. She has now gone on to complete her certification to be a CrossFit L1 Trainer and now coaches at a local gym. Experiencing olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, and applying fitness to every population has enriched her education. She finds it extremely rewarding to help people reach their fitness goals and cheer them on along the way.

Kayla has lived in the Sidney community for 23 years and worked in local businesses for 5 years. She also volunteers with Young Life and Parkland Secondary. She enjoys shopping at all the local businesses and visiting with friends at all the Sidney cafes.
